I am an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. As an out-of-network provider I can still file claims on your behalf to your insurance company, which can then reimburse you directly according to the out-of-network benefits available on your plan if any. Please contact your health insurance plan to confirm what out-of-network benefits are available.

 

My fee schedule is as follows:

Initial Evaluation (60-75 minutes): $140

Psychotherapy (53 minutes or more): $140
